In just one week, we’ll finally set up our tents and start the weekend of the summer. Our team is well underway with the preparations for the best edition in our three-year history. Staying at the Sweet Harmony campsite is the best way to fully enjoy the weekend celebrations. This email contains all the information you need for a pleasant stay.
Opening hours.
It’s important to arrive at the camping grounds on time for check-in to ensure a smooth and hassle-free start to your camping adventure.
Check-in: Friday August 2nd: 12:00 - 20:00 Saturday August 3rd: 08:00 - 18:00
Latest check-out: Monday August 5th at 12:00 (noon).
Please arrive early. Paradies Garten is a daytime event, so please, arrive early to capture the festival experience in full. The music starts at noon (12:00), so make sure you don't miss a beat and arrive in time. Day raving has more charm anyways!
We are a cashless festival
With the help of Mastercard in cooperation with Global Payments, we are Austria's first 100% cashless festival with an open-loop payment system. This will not only save you a lot of time at the bars but also bring us one step closer to our goal of becoming Austria's most sustainable festival. Please bring your card or digital payment/banking app.
This is a green campsite
Paradies Garten is one of the greenest festivals in Europe, and we take great pride in this reputation. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure the Harrachpark remains clean during and after the event. Please don't litter, and be mindful not to leave behind tents or trash (let's keep the park clean, please). After you depart, sheep will once again graze in these fields, and discarded litter, glass, and cigarette butts pose a severe risk to them.
Recycling zone
To help keep the camping grounds clean, we ask every camping visitor for a waste deposit of €7. In return, you will receive garbage bags to collect your waste. When you leave the festival grounds, please bring your waste bags with you and show them at the exit. If your waste bags are full, you can throw them away, and the fee will be refunded at the check-out.
Booked a pre-set or comfort tent?
After passing through the security checks at the camping entrance, please proceed to our Comfort Zone check-in counter to access your reserved pre-set-up or comfort tent. A deposit is required, which will be refunded if you return the tent in the same condition as received.
Arriving with your caravan or campervan?
Our Caravan Camper Parking Space is located next to the Camping. Please use "Paradies Garten Festival Parkplatz" as your GPS address and enter through our Parking space. Our Staff will then guide you towards your parking space.
Getting there by train
The easiest way to reach Paradies Garten Festival is by train. Austrian Railways (ÖBB) offers a direct connection from Wien Hbf to Bruck an der Leitha every 30 minutes until 23:45, taking just 25 minutes. From Bruck an der Leitha station, it's a 25-minute walk to Schloss Prugg, with signs guiding you to the festival grounds.
ÖBB also provides a free luggage service from the train station to the campsite, where your belongings will be stored until check-in.
Leaving on Saturday or Sunday night? Then you can take a free night train after the end of the closing sets, the Paradies Garten NightLiner will run from Bruck an der Leitha to Wien Hbf without stopover during the night free of charge for all festival visitors at 01:00 and 02:00 and on Sunday night at 01:00.
Getting there by car.
Due to ongoing repairs on the A4 Highway towards Bruck an der Leitha, heavy traffic is expected on the A4 Ostautobahn. During peak vacation times, severe delays are likely. We strongly advise all visitors to use the ÖBB (trains).
We don't recommend coming by car, as arrival and departure times are unpredictable. If you do come by car, please offer a ride to other festival attendees by using the online platform Blablacar. Carpooling is an easy and effective way to help the planet and save money. It reduces the number of cars on the road, cutting down on carbon emissions and traffic. Please use Paradies Garten Festival Parkplatz as your GPS address.
Upon arrival in the vicinity, follow the signs directing you to the designated car park adjacent to the festival site. To ensure availability, please remember to book your car park ticket in advance through our ticket shop.
Free Organic Breakfast
Your camping ticket includes three extensive breakfast buffets served on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings from 8:30 to 11:30 (on Monday only until 11:00). Enjoy a variety of delicious, nutritious, and healthy options. Want to avoid the queue? Come as early as possible! For lunch and dinner, explore menus from our six food truck partners at our festival food court, offering options to suit every budget. Still hungry when the food court has closed? Our camping vending machine will sell drinks and snacks after the festival hours.

Chill-out area by House of Ohhm. This year, we're excited to introduce a new chill-out area at the camping site, powered by House of Ohhm. Come relax and unwind in this serene space, perfect for letting your soul drift away.
Hair and make-up tent by Got2Be. Refresh your look and feel fabulous during your stay at our new Hair & Make-up tent. Styled by Got2Be, it's the perfect spot to get a fresh, new look.
A fresh awakening: ice bath sessions. Try our new ice bath sessions to experience the Wim Hof Method. This simple, science-backed approach boosts happiness, health, and strength by reconnecting you with your inner power, nature, and others.
A 24/7 vending machine. Bars closed but still thirsty or hungry? No problem. We have installed a vending machine offering snacks, drinks, toiletries, and basic camping equipment available 24/7 for your convenience.

Camping Rules & Hospitality Team
We've established a code of conduct to ensure every camper enjoys their time with us. Please visit our website's FAQs and carefully read the dos and don'ts. We will also have a dedicated, enthusiastic and helpful hospitality team on the campsite, helping you with any issue or question.
